In many ways the production of a second wine mirrors the production of the estate's Grand Cru: being made from the same vineyard, with the same blend of grapes and by the same winemaker. However, the grapes usually come from younger vines in a contemporary style. 2nd wines enable to assess and enjoy the style and quality of the Grand Vin at a more affordable price range.
