Do you have a catalogue?
No, we do not print a catalogue. Our prices constantly change on a daily basis to keep them as competitive as possible. So if a catalogue was printed it would constantly be out of date for thousands of products. All of our products can be found online in this website.
Do your prices include VAT?
YES, all of our prices included the current rate of Thailand VAT of 7%.

Do I have to order online?
The quickest and most secure way is to order your product online. We do though have a direct sale line that you can call at 02-096-6496 operate between 10:00 - 19:00, from Monday to Saturday to place your order.
Please be sure to have the product code of the item you want to order ready for the operator. We accept every major credits. However, we can't accept payment by Paypal, credit card and debit card over the phone for security purposes. When ordering with credit card, you should always order online yourself.
Is your website safe?
We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

Is every product you sell in stock?
Due to the vast size of our catalogue over 7,000 items, so from time to time, certain lines go out of stock for a period of time. We aim to update every product page to detail the expected wait for an out of stock item so you know how long delivery will take from when you order. If the product I order but cannot be delivered, what will happen?
Need no worry. In any case we cannot deliver the product you ordered, we will make a full refund for the product that cannot be delivered without any additional fee.

Can you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we can offer next day delivery on some of items. Delivery will be made to you the next working day after ordering, as long as your order comes through before the necessary cut off time for dispatch that day.

Where do you deliver to?
e deliver every item we sell nationwide in Thailand address. However, delivery lead time may be varied depends on each area.

It is free of charge when buy over 3,000 baht, if not over will charge 200 baht/order
The delivery lead time depends on delivery method you choose during checkout process. In some products, the delivery lead time may be longer and we can provide you partial shipment. Our customer service team will always contact you to confirm order status and delivery date/time.
How can I track my order?

Refund / Guarantee

What I can do with wrong product or damaged product from the order?
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the purchase confirmation, we will exchange it, and deliver a new item to you with free of charge. All exchanged products must not be opened. Please contact our team to return the product : 02-096-6496
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from us. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know! We will either replace your wine or process a refund for your damaged items.
Incorrect or missing items
Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may ask you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process  a new order.
