Palliser Pinot Noir

Deep red in color. A rich and dense nose displaying dark cherry, spice and subtle mushroom characters. Ripe intense red and dark berry fruit aromas and subtle spicy oak. The taste is of concentrated ripe red fruits and fine grained tannins. The tannins give texture and persistence while the berry flavors linger. It's succulent and beautifully textured on the palate with lovely mid palate weight and fine, supple tannins. It's youthful and well flavored with a lingering delicious finish.
