Product Description
This wine is fine and elegant, with a good minerality and dryness. Well balanced, the palate is round and rich. Also we appreciate its freshness. The pink sandstone soil brings a lot of delicacy and make the grapes ripe and full of sun. It’s one of our favorite gastronomical wines, to reserve for fish and sea food dishes. The fine salinity makes it even better to enjoy with food. It’s a wine for ageing, to keep for 20 years in the cellar. Dry wine.
