Wine Chateau la Gravelle is made ??from a blend of grape varieties nice Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, grown in the vineyards of the estate Chateau Sainte Marie in Bordeaux on clay-calcareous soils. After gathering the grapes are pressed. Maceration and fermentation at a low temperature are in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is aged 6 months with weekly stirring of sediment before pouring undergoes fining and light filtration.
