Straw yellow colour with an elegant nose of lemon citrus, delicate herbal characters of thyme, lemon mint and fresh bread dough yeast. The palate is soft and lemony with nutty and creamy yeast characters and a gentle and persistent mousse. The finish is smooth and refreshing with a fine balance leading to a wine with an “eternal sparkle”.
Served chilled and match with fish especially salmon and tuna, as well as trout and shellfish. Asian style chicken and pork are also well enjoyed with aromatic herbs such as mint, lemon grass, coriander and mild chilli.
