Product details
The GustiWine Prosecco D.O.C. Brut comes from Glera grapes grown in the surrounding hills of Conegliano, east of the historical area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The vineyards our experts selected for the production of this Prosecco have valuable characteristics, due to the climate of the area and the composition of the soil. The action of fresh air currents from Treviso Alps, helps to mitigate the temperature, expecially in the growth phase until maturity of the grapes. In addition temperature difference between day and night produces a deep aromatic intensity. The loam soil with a high amount of dissolved skeleton and with good clay component, is rich of the optimal elements for the regular growth of plants in terms of vegetation and fruit. The combination of these factors allows the ripening grape to develop fruity and mineral notes typical of GustiWine Prosecco D.O.C. Brut.
