This wine was borne of a journey across the World. The hope of the travellers all but ended when they reached the shore. Little did they realise that in the darkest of places beauty and brilliance thrive.
VINEYARD
Our vines grow strong and robust in the heartland of South Australia’s vineyard regions. Bright, warm summers and deep sandy loam over limestone soils ensures they fl ourish to produce intensely fl avoured, perfectly ripened grapes.
WINEMAKING
Carefully selected parcels of Shiraz, Grenache and Malbec were picked in the cool light of a new dawn when perfectly ripe, the grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation under temperature controlled conditions to preserve their vibrant colours and fl avours. Each base wine was assessed and then unifi ed with the skill of a true artisan to create a luscious berry driven palate that intriguing and truly indulgent. A heady blend that sings with vibrancy and fi nishes with a dark, earthy swoon.
