The Champagne Extra Brut Partition 2013 by J-M Sélèque is 72% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier and 14% Pinot Noir, coming from 7 parcels (lieux-dits) in 7 different villages in Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs: Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizy, Boursault and Vertus. Vinification and fermentation of single parcels, 100% in oak barrels with no malolactic fermentation. Refinement from over 48 months for this structured and complex Champagne Extra Brut. Annual production of 1,500 bottles.
