Our double-barrel technique provides great depth and unique flavours. First aging in french oak hogsheads added length and complexity to the premium fruit of dark cherry, plum and spice. Then finish in VSOP barrels, that previously held the finest cognac, added spiced fruits characters, integration, smoothness and depth of flavour.
