Vinification
The first fermentation of the Glera grapes occurs in steel vats at controlled temperature. The second fermentation to give the Prosecco its bubbles occurs in a pressurised stainless steel tank, called the Charmat method, which results in an easy-drinkling, fresh, fruity style.
