Product details
For over 150 years, our family has been making wine at the base of the Brokenback range. We owe a lot to these mysterious rolling hills as they watch over us, protecting us from the extreme weather conditions that can often prevail. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and pumped over four times daily to extract flavour and colour, this shiraz was matured in large oak casks for a period of eight to twelve months.
