Winemaking
Premium pure New Zealand Manuka Honey is sourced from the Beautiful East coast regions of the North Island. The honey is fermented slowly to enhance & maximise the unique characteristics of the honey using modern winemaking techniques.
Characteristics
The Nose has distinctive full yet delicate Honey and Citrus Aromas. In the mouth there is a smooth rounded body to the wine with intense Unique Manuka flavours dominating the palate upfront, leading to a clean balanced finish where the acidity compliments the sweet honey aftertaste.
Cellaring
The wine will cellar well and develop more body and complexity as it ages. There is no shelf life with this product.
