Altivo Balance expresses the equilibrium from its conception in the vineyard, since the radicular part of the plant is in perfect harmony with its foliar part (canopy). The grapevine roots are essential for transporting water and nutrients from the soil, that is to say, for the growth and development of the plant. The leaves of the vine, as well, are essential in the process of photosynthesis, by which the plant stores energy in its fruits. The balance between these two parts of the plant, is condition without ecuanon to obtain these harmonic, elegant, and delicate wines.

Tasting Notes

Intense and bright red colour. High-toned aromas and flavors of spiced plum, cherries and herbs. Bright and fresh, with harmonious acidity framing and lifting the wine's intense fruit. Finishes with dusty, firm-edged tannins and good length.

Perfect to match grilled or barbecued red and white meats, hard cheeses and rice courses.
