The nose is initially dominated by clear notes of ripeness, which are complemented by fine, vegetal hints, fresh lime and some raisins. On the palate is fresh and elegant with a soft acidity. The delicate interplay of yellow fruits and spicy herbs harmoniously rounds off the taste of the finely matured cabinet.
