Cantine Ceci Otello Dry 2 Spumante Brut

OTELLO DRY is a cuvée made from a meticulous selection of grapes from our best hillside vineyards. It's a truly unique blend because it's made using the CECI method, which includes three separate fermentations during the vinification process. In the first instance, the grape must is transformed into wine. Then the wine from the previous vintage is blended to create the base wine, which, in turn will be transformed into sparkling wine when it is fermented again. The result is remarkable balance between the fresh fruit flavors of the young wine and the richer notes of the older wine. This is an ideal aperitif wine and great for pairing with delicate charcuterie and fish dishes.
