Champagne Jerome Dehours Millesime 2013

With his vintages, Jerome Dehours wants to express the vintage year, no matter what the weather circumstances were. For him, vintage is not about waiting for a 'great' year. The blend is different every year. Made of very ripe grapes - picking started only early October - Dehours produced this blend in 2013 with meunier from Cerseuil and Port à Binson, and chardonnay from lieux-dit Brisefer. Nice dry blend with over six years of aging in cellar.
