This cuvée is the result of a strong blend of Pinot Meunier (70%), Pinot noir (20%) and a touch of Chardonnay (10%). The blend of pinot and chardonnay brings suppleness and youth.
With a rather discreet nose, the palate is invigorating and supple, with a nice freshness.
Our champagne is at the same time powerful, round and definitely balanced.

The attack is greedy and generous, we find the yellow fruits with a touch of citrus. The final is surprising with it freshness and slightly spicy lemon notes.

A pale gold color tinged with light green reflections. Reveal a generous effervescence.
Aroma
The first discreet nose reveals mineral notes, flinstone and shalk then opens more fruity aromas of apricot and peaches of vines.
Palate
