Champagne Vollereaux Celebration Ice
In 1933, Vollereaux Champagne moved into Pierry, a Premier Cru vineyard in the heart of the Champagne region. Historically, the village is known for the work of Friar Jean Oudart (1654-1742), who devoted his life to growing grapes there and promoting the wine of Champagne to the world. The place is also associated with other prestigious figures.
That is why we wanted to produce a vintage from our parcels located along this flank. The Celebration wine expresses the soul of our terroir with a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier from the 2012 harvest. Six years of aging in our cellars have given it a full body with aromas of brioche, peaches in syrup and pineapple. The finesse that typifies all the wines we craft is well represented.
