Charles Dufour had a traditionalist approach to viticulture and then switched to an organic farming space. His Champagne reveals immense authenticity, able to reflect the character of the terroir of the Côte des Bars. Champagne Bulles de Comptoir # 4 Vinorama consists of an assemblage of Pinot Noir grapes, Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Blanc, collected in 2013 from the base with the addition of "vin de réserve" from 2010 and 2011. No sulfites are added to this Champagne Extra Brut. Disgorged in January 2016 in limited quantities in 4 different labels.
