This has a well defined red-berried nose with just a hint of apricot and orange sorbet...very Margaux like and it improves with aeration. The palate however, is delectable from the start: beautiful balance at the core of which are filigree tannins and a supremely well poised red-berried finish. This is a superb Maucaillou.
