Intense garnet color – purple reflections. The Nose is dense and greedy with notes of red and black fruits, blackberry, slightly spicy and vanilla. The palate is fleshy, with round tannins, a good length, light woody notes on the finish. To taste on duck aiguillettes – a braised ham or a roasted camembert.
