The Cuvée Tradition has a deep and brilliant ruby color. It is a wine with finesse and harmony, good balance and a tannic structure that highlight the aromas of red fruits. Can be matched with all red meats, French Southwestern dishes and cheese. Can be decanted an hour before tasting. Serve at 16-17°C.
