Contains fruity nose of peach and lemon mixed with lighter notes of jasmine and acacia. Mineral and buttery touches subtly complete this palette. The mineral tension, coming from the best limestone terroirs, forms the backbone of the wine. Around it the fructification and the roundness of the Pouilly clay soils are articulated. Wide and fresh attack, continues in a salty finish.
