It has a medium-high layer, cherry red with garnet reflections, bright and very clean. Explosive nose and very fruity. It stands out for its acid red fruit and balsamic notes: currant, wild strawberry, some licorice, anise plant. The aromatic richness of this Tempranillo is such that it barely lets out sketches of spices of oak, caramel, vanilla, cocoa. The palate is fresh, medium-high structure, and pleasant texture. The natural acidity present gives us a refreshing sensation that invites us to drink. Along with the fruity memories, the own notes of aging appear: vanilla, sweet spices - cinnamon, clove - and the balsamic sensation of licorice, bringing a good complexity to the whole. The post-taste is long, leaving a pleasant memory on the palate.
