Product details
Domaine Alain Chabanon Trelans
From fourteen hectares near Jonquières, Alain Chabanon has now expanded to twenty to include vineyards near St Saturnin, Montpeyroux and the hamlet of Lagamas in the Hérault department. On the Larzac chalk plateau, this is ideal vine-growing land : arid, stony clay and limestone soil on the foothills of the Cevennes mountain range with a climate which is beneficial for grape quality with cold winters, warm springs and autumns and hot summers maturing grapes in peak condition. Alain Chabanon aims at producing wines which associate elegance and aromatic complexity. His achievements are highly complimented by professionals and the wine press. The domaine's wines are cultivated organically, controlled by Ecocert.
