A Fleurie from the legendary Graillot family known for their ability to produce some of the most age-worthy and delicious Syrah from Northern Rhône. The Fleurie Roche Guillon comes from a single vineyard with soil of crushed granite and clay. The site is one of the highest vinyard in Fleurie with steep west-facing slope. The Graillot brothers use whole cluster fermentation with a semi-carbonic maceration. The wine is then aged in old foudre for 1 - 3 years.
