This Viognier bottle reveals both a high level of maturity of the grapes with flavors and taste of exotic fruits, white peach and abricot flavors; as well as, to keep some freshness , liveliness and some little mineral character. This is the combination of maturity and freshness by harvesting one vineyard earlier with less maturity to favor the minerality and the other one 2 weeks later to favor the complexity, the more mature exotic and ethyol aromas.
