Product details

Origin of name: the Regajal is located in Aranjuez, in one of the main reserves of butterflies in the world. This wine of the vintage 2014 has been elaborated entirely with grapes from the reserve.

Grape varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Vineyards: soils are divided into three layers, chalk on the surface, sandy and gypsiferous in the middle and clay at the bottom.
Altitude: 500-550 m.
Winemaking: each variety is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels.
Bottling: the wine is not filtered or cold stabilized.
