Vineyards: soils are divided into three layers, chalk on the surface, sandy and gypsiferous in the middle and clay at the bottom.

Winemaking: each variety is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels.
Bottling: the wine is not filtered or cold stabilized.
Tasting: intense cherry colour with violet edges and some purples hues. On the nose, aromas of wild fruit and rosemary from the domain el Regajal. On the palate, the attack is rounded, the texture is enveloping, typical characteristic of the Regajal year after year. At the end, light and spicy toasted notes that lengthen the aftertaste of the wine.
Food pairing: cheeses of medium and high intensity, pates and foie gras, cold cuts, all kinds of meats (grilled or in sauces), stews and casseroles. Good combination with black chocolate and red fruit jams.
