WINEMAKING
In order to extract the best possible flavours from this Cabernet Sauvignon, our experts regularly test the grapes to decide when is the best moment to harvest. A small part of the crop goes through the process of thermo-vinification to rapidly extract colour, aroma and tannins. The rest of the crop follows a traditional winemaking process in stainless steel tanks. At the end of this process, the wine is blended by our experts. Then, the blend is matured in vats for 5 months before bottlin
