All Cuvée Emmanuel Brochet born and mature in wood for over a year.This Champagne, Le Mont Benoit is made from 37% Meunier grapes, from 39% Pinot Noir grapes and the remaining 24% from Chardonnay grapes, an Extra Brut whose grapes come only from classification Premier Cru vineyards (20% collected in 2012 and 80% collected in 2013).
