Clean and crisp, the 2015 Condrieu Les Mandouls (it's named after an almond tree) gives up notes of tangerine, citrus blossom and crushed rocks, and is clean, tight and nicely focused on the palate. It needs a year in bottle, but is outstanding.

SOIL
Granite sub-soil with alluvial deposits at the surface. South to South-East facing.

VINIFICATION
After pressing, the must is cold settled for 48 hours. Only the indigenous yeasts are used for the fermentation which occurs at temperatures ranging from 17 to 21°C.
