Product Description
Fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method), at low temperature. It is a wine that should be drunk young, to fully appreciate its extraordinary freshness. A few days after bottling, the wine is ready for consumption. To the eye it appears of a beautiful ruby red color with light violet reflections. On the nose it is very captivating and presents fruity notes, in particular of blueberry and raspberry. On the palate it remains fresh and full, enhancing the right balance between sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is persistent and the retronasal sensations are reminiscent of black cherry jam. Excellent to consume between meals and with any type of dessert.
