Light greenish straw in color, our chardonnay expresses fruit aroma of ripe pineapple, ripe banana, guava, apricot, peach and tropical fruit cocktail. Adding to the complexity, the oak aging is fairly integrated adding spice like nutmeg, light toast, and the nuance of angel food cake. This wine has great viscosity, depth and an intriguing long finish. The flavors are lively on the palate with pear, citrus, lemonlime, green apple and fleshy peach. This wine shows great complexity, creaminess, and elegance to compliment many foods.

The 2017 Chardonnay (no malolactic fermentation) offers notes of fresh pineapple, honeydew melon and lemon tart with touches of allspice, shaved almonds and lanolin. Medium to full-bodied, the fruit hits the palate with amazing freshness and vivacity, sporting loads of citrus and spice notions and finishing long. 7,412 cases produced.

This is a very pretty and bright white with sliced apples and pears. Some cream, too. Medium to full body, lovely fruit and a clean and fresh finish. No malo leaves it bright and lively.

Production Notes.
The winter was one of the driest on record, although we did receive 75% of normal precipitation. The relatively dry, warm winter promoted early bud break and a cool spring supported a long flowering period. The balance of the season was moderate to warm. The crop was very light, with small clusters of small concentrated berries, and the fruit ripened about two weeks early in most cases.
