The Blanc de Blancs Mumm de Cramant is a rare wine, dating back to 1882. It is crafted according to the finest champagne-making tradition, using the very best Chardonnay grapes selected from Cramant, a Grand Cru terroir from the legendary Côtes des Blancs. Its unique label illustrates Maison Mumm's special know-how. Indeed, tradition required that each bottle presented to friends of the House be accompanied by a visiting card that was carefully folded at the corner, to indicate that the bottle was handed over in person.

Crafting is a long and complex process of which every step is fundamental to ensure the quality and perfection of Blanc de Blancs Mumm de Cramant.

• Blanc de Blancs Mumm de Cramant is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.

• Cultivated on the Cramant terroir in the heart of Côte des Blancs, its micro-climate and particularly chalky soil are ideal for cultivating exceptionally fresh Chardonnay grapes.

• A cuvée from a single harvest.

• The Cellar Master decided to preserve its fine, fresh sharpness rather than create a vintage.

• A delicate effervescence optimised by a pressure at 4.5 bars, deliberately lower than that of most champagnes.

• A low sugar content (6g) and controlled ageing process, resulting in a smooth and almost creamy taste.
