Essence
Born in 1980, this was the firt sparkling wine in Italy to indicate the vine of origin on the label. A leader in its segment, it has for over thirty years accompanied italian conviviality.

Straw yellow colour with greenish reflexes. Fine and persistent perlage.

Vinification
The wine is obtained with the classic vinification in white and soft pressing. Fermentation at a low temperature and conserved at 10°C before second fermentation.
Second Fermentation Method
Martinotti Method with 40 days fermentation.
Food Pairing
Ideal for traditional meals. In the mediterranean cuisine it is served with fish and used as an aperitif.
