The Antinori family has been in the wine business since 1385, with 26 generations in the field , 1700 hectares spread over Europe and more than 600 years of history, it is positioned as one of the companies with more experience and quality worldwide.
In 2002, the Antinori family became interested in the Haras de Pirque. They teamed up to make a first unique and intriguing wine called Albis.
Italian experts led by the award-winning winemaker Renzo Cotarella, come to Chile to advise in the development and management of the vineyards, sharing and contrasting the Italian palate with Chile, to develop a superior and exclusive and unique product.
Haras de Pirque covers 600 hectares, gently ascending in its southern boundary by the foothills of the Cordillera de los Andes, in Pirque, Chile.
This sector of foothills in 1992 is planted with 120 hectares of vineyards, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère, between the reds and Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, among white, from which are born Premium wines .
