Product Description
Purity, structure and finesse. The potential of this unique terroir in the northernquarter of the appellation of Menetou-Salon Morogues was recognized and plantedby Henry Pellé as long ago as 1976. For here, in the “lieu dit” known locally as“Le Carroir”, is silex or “flint”: a light sandy terroir pebble-dashed with flintstones. The nose shows the typical cool climate Pinot Noir but with concentration, elegance and structure. It’s enjoyable when young but will improve greatly withyears of cellaring.
