Product Description
Vulcaia and Vulcaia Fumé were the first wines produced in 1991. Our idea was to show the potential of the Soave Classico area, not yet with its classic wine, but with a new interpretation of the Sauvignon that, grown for the first time on its volcanic soil, gave a completely new and different version from the French variety. 100% Sauvignon: The first wine produced by the estate in 1991. Sauvignon produced on volcanic soil, in the Soave Classico area on the Monte Foscarino. Vines “domesticated” by the territory, with aromas and notes which are different from the typical varietal notes.
