It fermented in concrete and was bottled in August 2018, some four months after the harvest. 2018 seems like a great vintage in Maule (and in a great part of Chile), depending on yields and irrigation, of course. This is juicy, fresh and with more depth and complexity. It has more weight, more precision and very good freshness. This is really impressive."
