Terroir:
The grapes are grown in steep vineyards in the Mosel and Ruwer valleys with perfect exposition and late soil.
Vinifizierung:
Harvested early October, all grapes were picked by hand and gently pressed. In the cellar it is done as little intervention as possible. But with one major investment: time. Patience always pays off in wine and winemaking. No fining, all natural sedimentation, only sulfur added just before bottling.
