Product details

Our winemaking philosophy is to make the very best Côtes du Rhône Villages we can. We source principally Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes from vineyards encompassed within the named villages of the southern Rhȏne valley specifically to make 'Les Coteaux'. We then mature and enrich the final assemblage with wines from the upper tier of barrels from the classified villages of Sablet, Séguret and Cairanne so that the wine is part oak-aged. Boutinot Fide et Arte 'Les Coteaux' is therefore a selection of the best from some of the named Côtes du Rhône Villages, rather than the wine ‘left over’ after making named Villages.
