The vineyards of Les Volets Cabernet Sauvignon are located in Aude, a department of which Narbonne is the capital. Aude is again part of the larger Languedoc, which together with the Roussillon forms the Pays d'Oc. This collaboration has now lasted more than 30 years, and has proven to be extremely successful.
