Sauvignon Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC has a pale yellow colour with green hues. The scent is marked: you can easily recognize fruity and vegetal aromas of great personality, such as litchies, elderberry, black currant, star fruit, wild sage, asparagus, lime, passion fruit, pink pepper. In the mouth it is fresh and the fruit evolves towards more pleasantly mineral hints, while maintaining a slight citrus aftertaste. We suggest to serve the wine at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
