This blend, closely related to its French origins, adapted very well to our soil, to our terroir. Some years these long-cycle varietals reach great maturity, like those of this vintage. The robustness of the Sauvignon and the subtlety of the Franc give wines that are difficult to forget. Just the right amount of maturity, fruity and spicy. It is a young wine with personality, given in part by its stay of a few months in oak barrels that gives it complexity, and from our soil where it takes on minerality and freshness. Ideal for pairing with pork, casseroles and hard cheeses such as Parmesan.
