WINEMAKING
This blend is a com bi nation of different complementary terroir de Provence to enhance the final blend. The grapes were pressed directly with minimum skin contact to ensure the pale colour; the juice then clarified.Fermentation took place at 16 to 20 degrees depending on the cuvee. Once complete the wine was stabilised and filtered.
