Terroir Description :
Our Zinfandel comes from grapes from the Maipo Valley. The vineyard is traditional trellised and planted in soils of alluvial origin, with good water infiltration, ideal for the development of the roots of the plant. The good climate conditions (dry summers and falls) and the influence of the Maipo River have allowed this antique variety from Italy to adapt to this terroir and express great potential. As a result of all of the above, we create wines with good aromatic expression, balanced acidity and soft and mature tannins.
