A wine that surprises with a deep, ruby colour and full of blackberry and ripe currant aromas, complemented by subtle hints of black pepper and mint. Well-integrated oak completes a beautiful and complex aromatic profile. It’s loaded with flavours of cherries, blackberries, and ripe plums. Combined with hints of cedar and toast from the oak ageing, this wine is juicy, powerful, with a long, pleasant finish. It has ripe and soft tannins that give strong support and also soft and creamy texture.

Montgras Reserva
The Reserva range reflects the MontGras’ philosophy, passion and skill in showcasing each wine’s unique terroir.
The grapes for these wines are handpicked from selected areas in the various MontGras Estates in order to always ensure an optimum wine. In Colchagua we source our ripe reds, as well as Chardonnay and Viognier while from the cooler coastal Leyda Valley, we receive Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
The tasty, soft, seductive reds are aged 5-8 months with oak contact to enhance complexity, structure and style. The crisp whites are bottled young and sealed with a screwcap to maximize freshness.
This exceptional value range offers fruity, balanced, friendly and gastronomic wines that go well with a wide array of dishes.
