The wine I tasted was the 2011, which was kept on the lees for the second fermentation for three years. As always, it is not declared as a vintage because Nathalie wants "to be free" when to disgorge her wines. The (2011) Brut Nature has a dark white golden color with a reddish hue. Very clear and full-flavored red berry flavors on the nose, this is a full yet very delicate and refined, complex and elegant Champagne with a nice purity and length, and a salty finish. Really excellent. Rating: 91+"
