Packaging:
One of the reasons as to why drink boxes are so popular is their convenience. They are portable and can be drunk while on-the-go, light compared to glass and easily handled. With Oneglass’s appealing shape having instant shelf appeal.
Cartons are a low carbon packaging choice. The trees used to make cartons absorb carbon dioxide as they grow, helping to combat climate change.
The packaging weighs only 10 grams and is 75% paper, 20% polythene and 5% aluminium which is totally recyclable or can be converted into bio fuel.
The bio fuel method burns the paper transforming the polythene into carbon dioxide and water vapour. The aluminium is transformed into aluminium oxide which is then used again for the production line.
2 different routes which are both 100% recyclable.
Recent Awards:
- In 2010 Oneglass was given the "Golden" award for innovative wine packaging at the international London Wine Fair.
- In 2013 Oneglass was awarded the "Red Dot Gran Prix" for its packaging design. These awards have been a benchmark for designers since 1955 and are considered which one of the most prestigious in the industry.
